Decisio is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account email address — to authenticate you and send transactional emails.
- Decision input data — the context and details you provide for analysis.
- AI-generated analysis output — the reports produced for your decisions.
- Payment status — whether a report has been unlocked (we do not store card numbers).
How data is stored
All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security (RLS), meaning only you can access your own data. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Third-party processors
- Stripe — processes payments securely. We never see or store your full card details.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes your decision context to generate analysis. Inputs are not used to train models.
- Supabase — hosts our database and authentication infrastructure.
Your rights
- Request a full export of your data at any time.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
